They’ve literally helped me so much, I’ve neglected to go for years because of my insurance. They were excellent and very transparent with the medical plan. I would highly recommend them to everyone. They’ve given me everything back. I’m forever grateful!

Great staff and the dentist was great, explained everything. But their consultation fee without X-rays was higher than any other office I’ve been to that was a little hard to swallow 20 minutes at $25 for every 5 minutes a little steep but everyone was very nice and excellent at what they did.

Everyone is friendly, and the savings plan is so much appreciated as my Dad does not yet have insurance. I do wish the dentist and his assistant would let Dad know what to expect. An example, both dentist and assistant left and Dad asked me if he was done. Again, they left leaving a tool in his mouth without giving any explaination, Dad said "why can't I close my mouth?" Dad needs to be informed of what to expect. Thank for giving me an opportunity to share.

There manager called back and made everything easy in filling out the med hx form and they assured me that my appointment was not canceled. They were busy because they have a lot of patients they effectively help. I kept the appointment and they were very courteous. They were efficient and professional with XRays, diagnosed the need for a filling and shared that right away and they were accommodating with my busy schedule. I will continue to look forward to all my future appointments at New You Dental Center!

Update: Almost 2 months later and haven’t even received a cleaning. From authorizations being sent late and appointments being cancelled the day before to my appointment being cancelled 2 days before the “reschedule”. To being inconvenienced to drive to Auburn Hills where they “may” be able to assist me. Everything about my experience has been unbearable and unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend this place to a dead person. 0/10 ! My appointment was at 9 am. When I scheduled I stated a cleaning and tooth pain. Apparently I’m only scheduled for tooth pain. After being here since 8:50 and now 10 am, NOTHING has been done. Spent 20 mins waiting in the lobby. Another 30 waiting for both X-ray machines to function. & at 9:46, I’m told that the person I need to see won’t be in until the end of the month. I’m 22 weeks pregnant so my aggravation is through the roof. It’s 10:07 as I’m typing this with no one here to check me out. I’ve been waiting since 9:50. UNPROFESSIONAL!
